I’m Lindsay founder and coach at Apex Coaching Foundry.
With years of experience across technical and trade environments, supported by senior management experience focused on workforce capability, performance, and organisational development. This is further strengthened by extensive business ownership and senior leadership experience. I’ve overseen technical teams and navigated training pathways in complex environments. I’ve seen that real growth doesn’t come from titles or theory. It comes from consistent practice, real experience, and the guidance of someone who has walked the path before. That belief drives my work and forms the foundation of everything we do at Apex.
My focus is on helping trainees and employers strengthen capability and confidence. Whether championing or supporting an individual through their career pathway or representing employers in trainee progress and training meetings, my approach is grounded, practical, and people focused.
Every person has potential waiting to be forged. As your navigator, I guide that journey into mastery, through clear steps, focused skills and meaningful conversation.
